DSNT457I The SUBSYSTEM NAME MUST BE DIFFERENT THAN THE PROC NAME

Explanation
 Internal MVS restrictions
require that the IRLM subsystem name be different than the procedure
name.
 This message is issued by the following panel: DSNTIPI

System action
 The panel is redisplayed and the cursor is placed
on the field in error.

User response
 Change either the SUBSYSTEM NAME or the PROC
NAME so these fields are unique with respect to each other.
