Explanation

The DSNH CLIST uses the OUTNAME parameter name to build a number of data sets that are passed from phase to phase. These data sets could conflict with the INPUT data set (input) if the names are the same, causing the INPUT data set to be overwritten. To avoid this problem, the names are not allowed to have the same initial characters.
