Explanation
 The DSNH CLIST requires a value for the input
data set name (INPUT).  You cannot use an input data set name of NONE.
 This
message is issued by the following CLIST: DSNH

System action
 The CLIST prompts for a name, if prompting is
allowed. If prompting is not allowed, for example in batch or when
PROFILE NOPROMPT was entered, the CLIST terminates.
