Explanation
 You specified the DCLGEN QUOTE parameter and a
non-COBOL language parameter. This combination is not valid. The QUOTE
parameter was specified as either a parameter on the DCLGEN subcommand
or a default set for your site at Db2 installation
time.
 The DCLGEN processor changed the QUOTE setting (for this
run) to APOST.

System action
  DCLGEN processing continues and should produce
valid output.

User response
 If you used QUOTE on the DCLGEN command, you
may want to change it to APOST before submitting it again.
