Explanation
 When an input file is executed successfully and
the user specified an AUTOCOMMIT option of 'YES', this message is
written to the output data set to indicate the status of the COMMIT
that was performed. The sql-code value specifies
the SQL return code for the COMMIT.

System action
 Input data set processing is completed, and this
message is included in the SPUFI output.
