Setting limits for archive log tape units
Use the Db2 SET ARCHIVE command to set the upper limit for the number of, and the deallocation time of, tape units for the archive log.
About this task
This
command overrules the values that are specified during installation,
or in a previous invocation of the SET ARCHIVE command. The changes
that are initiated by the SET ARCHIVE command are temporary. At restart, Db2 uses
the values that are set during installation.
