Troubleshooting

Use the instructions in this section to resolve issues with JSON web tokens support in Db2® Big SQL.

After JSON web tokens (JWT) support is configured, any token file problems will prevent Db2 Big SQL from restarting successfully. To diagnose this issue, navigate to the Db2 Big SQL diagnostic log directory (/var/ibm/bigsql/diag/DIAG0000) on the Db2 Big SQL head node and examine the db2diag log for error details, such as token file not found, keydb not found, and so on.
