Unsubscribing allows users to cancel the plan through the console. Trials can be ended using the Cancel Trial option, while Starter and Enterprise plans require contacting IBM Support for cancellation.

Procedure

  1. Login to IBM SaaS console.
  2. Click Cancel plan

  3. To confirm trial cancellation, click Continue to IBM.com Order Support

    Note: If you are on Starter or Enterprise plan, reach out to IBM Support to cancel the plan.
