Move Transactions Stuck in the Broadcasted

When IBM Digital Asset Haven is integrated with the Offline Signing Orchestrator (OSO), transaction progression depends on approval signals received from OSO.

If a transaction has not been approved and signed in OSO, either at the Preconfirmation or Postconfirmation queue, OSO blocks further processing for that transaction. As a result, the transaction remains in the Executing state in IBM Digital Asset Haven.

This document describes how to resume transaction processing and initiate the next OSO signing iteration after a transaction has been denied.
