Commands

The command documentation provides detailed information about how to use the CLI. Features control which commands are available. When features controls the availability of commands, the documentation provides this information.

To use commands, you must understand how to read syntax statements. Syntax statements use the following special characters.
[ ]
Indicates optional parameters. Parameters that not enclosed in square brackets are required.
|
Indicates mutually exclusive parameters. You can use the parameter to the left or the right of the separator. You cannot use all options.
{ }
Indicates a set of mutually exclusive parameters when a parameter is required.

When the sequence is important, the syntax statement shows this order.
