Enabling statistics

To collect data for some status providers, statistics must be enabled.

About this task

Attention: You can modify this property in only the default domain. In application domains, this property is read only.
Enable statistic settings to enable the collection of data that some status providers require. When data collection is not enabled, the status provider returns the Statistics disabled message.
Tip: The CLI equivalent to manage the gathering of statistics is the global statistics command.
The configuration for statistic settings contains the Load interval property to set the measurement interval for load estimation. During this interval, the system load that the show load command reports is estimated and expressed as a percentage.
Tip: The CLI equivalent to change the load interval is the global load-interval command.

Procedure

  1. In the search field, enter statistic.
  2. From the search results, click Statistic settings.
  3. Enable the administrative state.
  4. In the Load interval field, enter the measurement interval for load estimation in milliseconds. Enter a value in the range 500 - 5000. The default value is 1000.
  5. Click Apply to save changes to the running configuration.
