raid-initialize
This command initializes the RAID volume.
Syntax
raid-initialize name
Availability
Physical DataPower® appliance.
Parameters
- name
- Specifies the name of the array volume. The name is
raid0.
Guidelines
The raid-initialize command initializes the RAID volume. Initialization makes the two disks into a RAID volume. This action destroys any prior content of the RAID volume.
Alternatively, you can run the Global startup command to configure the RAID volume.
Example
Build a RAID volume on the disks on the system.
# raid-initialize raid0
