Defining the credentials-mapping method

After a set of credentials is obtained that attests to the identity of the client, an AAA policy can map these credentials to a more useful format.

1. Optional: From the Method list, select the credentials-mapping method.
2. Depending on each selected method, define more method-based properties.
   The following methods have addition properties:

   • Custom template, see Map credentials with a custom stylesheet.
   • Tivoli® Federated Identity Manager, see Map credentials from a Tivoli Federated Identity Manager endpoint (deprecated).
   • XML file, see Map credentials with an AAA information file.
   • XPath expression, see Map credentials by applying an XPath expression.

3. Depending on how you are defining the configuration, continue to the resource extraction method.
   • In the wizard, click Next.
   • In the generic configuration, click the Resource Extraction tab.
