Configuring an XML manager

High-level procedure to configure an XML manager.

About this task

The specification of the name completes the minimal configuration. The remaining properties modify default values or implement enhanced behavior.

Procedure

  1. In the search field, enter xml manager.
  2. From the search results, click XML manager.
  3. Click Add.
  4. Click the Main tab to define the basic configuration.
  5. Click the XML parser tab to define the limits to impose when parsing XML documents.
  6. Click the Document cache tab to define the document cache capacity and concurrent write behavior.
  7. Click the Document cache policy tab to define how documents are cached and serve the requests.
  8. Click the Schema validation rules tab to define rules to enforce validation of all documents that match the defined criteria.
  9. Click the Scheduled processing policy rule tab to define the scheduled processing rules.
  10. Click Apply to save changes to the running configuration.
  11. Click Save to save changes to the persisted configuration.
