Modifying the connection timer to IMS Connect

How to change the time that the IMS Callout handler waits to establish a connection to IMS Connect.

About this task

While you debug your service, you might discover that the interval for establishing a connection is too long or too short. In these cases, you can modify the connection timer.

Procedure

  1. In the search field, enter IMS.
  2. From the search results, click IMS Callout handler
  3. Click the name of the handler to modify.
  4. Click the Advanced tab.
  5. In the Connection timeout field, enter the time to wait to establish a connection.
  6. Click Apply to save changes to the running configuration.
  7. Click Save to save changes to the persisted configuration.
