Viewing B2B high availability status

To understand the state of B2B high availability, use the B2B high availability status provider.

To view the B2B high availability status provider.
  1. In the search field, enter b2b availability.
  2. From the search results, click B2B High Availability Status.
The persistence state has one of the following values.
  • PRIMARY ACTIVE
  • PRIMARY ALONE
  • SECONDARY ACTIVE
  • SECONDARY ALONE
The connection status has one of the following values.
CONNECTED
The connection is active. This status is returned from both the primary and secondary gateway.
CONNECTING
The primary gateway is connecting to the secondary gateway. This status is returned from both the primary and secondary gateways.
CATCHUP
The primary gateway is connected to the secondary gateway but the synchronization of the persistent store is not complete. This status is returned from both the primary and secondary gateways.
BROKEN
The connection is broken. This status is returned from both the primary and secondary gateways.
