This command enters API operation rate limit mode.

can contain a maximum of 128 alphanumeric characters and the following special characters:

Guidelines
The api-operation-rate-limit command enters API operation rate limit mode to create or modify an API operation rate limit. An API operation rate limit defines the operation-specific rate limit settings. By default, the rate limit scheme definition in an API plan applies to all operations in the associated APIs. However, you can define different rate limit scheme for an operation.
Use the no api-operation-rate-limit command to delete an API operation rate limit.
