Encoding bar code values in High Speed Scanning

Bar code values can be encoded using the flag "encodeBarCodeValues".

When you scan using ISIS scan panel after installing High Speed Scanning installer, the bar code information in the scanned images is saved along with other image information.

There are occasions when the bar code values have uni-code/special characters. In order to encode these bar code values a new flag called "encodeBarCodeValues" has been introduced in the isisscan.xml file located at "C:\Users[USER]\AppData\Roaming\IBM\scanisis.xml"

This file has all the configuration related information for ISIS scan.

The default value for "encodeBarCodeValues" is false. In order to encode bar code values this value has to be set to true.

<encodeBarCodeValues>True</encodeBarCodeValues>

Setting this flag to true encodes the bar code values which are saved in VScan.xml file.
