Batch View

In Datacap Desktop, you can view the list of scanned documents or pages in Batch View.

You can rearrange the contents in Batch View during scan or verify, by using drag drop and merge. You can do the following with documents or pages:

Select one or more pages then drag and drop to the destination. Select the item and use Ctrl for multiple items.

Delete the unwanted documents or pages in Batch View, by the following ways:

Select single or multiple document or pages to be deleted by using shift/ctrl.
- Delete images with delete key press or by using menu.
- Delete images in Vscan, ISISScan, TWIANScan and Verify.

A confirmation message is displayed to user before deletion. After deletion, Image View is updated.

Note: If a document is selected for deletion, then all the pages under that document are deleted. If all the pages under the same document are selected for deletion, then that document is deleted.

Merge documents in Batch View with following ways:

Merge one or more documents to another document.
Merge pages of one document to another document.

MergeDocuments option is disable for few cases, which are not valid. For example, two pages of the same document cannot be merged, so MergeDocument feature is disabled in such cases.
