Adding button to Toolbar menu

You can add a new button to the ICN Toolbar Menu.

This can be customized from ICN Admin desktop.

  1. Open the IBM Content Navigator Administration Console.
  2. In the left section, click Menus option. In the filter area, enter datacap as the search filter.
    Note: Let us assume that HISpeedBatchPrep_Datacap is a new Menu bar created for this procedure. You can also create your own menu bar by first doing the Copy action.
  3. Edit the tool bar and add the function that is applicable to HSSI. For example, add “Change User Setting”.
  4. Save the changes and close.
  5. In the IBM Content Navigator Administration Console, in the left section, click the Desktops option.
  6. Edit the HSSI option, and then click the Menus tab.
  7. Select the tool menu that you created and use it under Batch Prep or other panel.
  8. Save the changes and close.
  9. Relogin to the Datacap application to verify the changes.
