Updating a source definition for Data Gate on Cloud

You must connect to a data source to give Data Gate on Cloud access to the original data in Db2® for z/OS®. You define a data source when you create (provision) an instance for the first time. This data source can be changed at a later time.

1. Open the Data Gate on Cloud instance UI (as described in chapter xx)

   Resolve the reference "as described in chapter xx"
   You see the dashboard of your instance.
2. On the dashboard, next to the label Source, click .
   A page with the title Edit source for data-gate-instance-name opens. The Define source tab is in front.
3. You can now change the values under the headings Source database, Log reader, and TLS certificate.
4. Click Continue.
   The Select tables tab is in front.
5. Select schemas and tables for your changed data source.
6. Click Continue.
   The Finish tab is in front, and you see a summary of your settings.
7. Click the Finish button at the bottom of the page when ready.
   Important: The configuration process might take several minutes to complete. Do not close the Configure page during that time.
