Editing users

You can edit existing users if you need to change basic user information, user roles, or associated business units.

About this task

To edit an existing user:

Procedure

  1. From Users located under Manage in the side navigation pane, click the check box next to the user that you want to edit in the Users List.
  2. Click Edit. You can change any user settings, including Name, User Name, Password, Role, and business unit associations (and thus, the reporting the user can access).
  3. Click Apply to complete the action and refresh the users list.
