Configuring and deploying IBM Daeja ViewONE Virtual viewer

IBM Daeja ViewONE Virtual viewer is deployed as a Java™ servlet.

About this task

When you configure and deploy the servlet, the core of IBM Daeja ViewONE Virtual is also included. However, you must modify the web page that loads the viewer. You can use HTML5 or later or JavaScript to configure the viewer.

Important: Ensure that your code that runs the viewer is running from the same location where the server is installed or else the viewer does not run. Because of the restrictions of cross domain origin policies, it is not possible to run the HTML code from one host while also accessing the JavaScript files from another host.
