Deploying the virtual viewer servlet

To deploy the core servlet for the IBM Daeja ViewONE Virtual viewer, you must use a Java™ web application server of your choosing. The procedure for setting up the servlet depends on the web application server that you are deploying to.

Procedure

To deploy the application:

  1. Follow the directions from your web application server documentation to deploy the web application to the web application server.
  2. Verify that you can access the application by entering the URL to the server into the browser.
    For example, if you are using Tomcat as your application server with listening port 8080, you would enter the following URL: http:myserver:8080/viewone.
