instrumentationEnabled parameter

This parameter enables or disables instrumentation functionality for software metering and compliance tracking.

You can use the server-side parameter instrumentationEnabled to control whether instrumentation is active. When set to true, the system collects metering information and uses the configured SWID tags for compliance reporting. When set to false, instrumentation is disabled and no metering data is collected.

Note:

If instrumentation is enabled, you must also configure the instrumentationSwidtagPath parameter with a valid SWID tag directory. You must restart the server after updating this parameter.

The default value of this parameter is true.
