annotateEdit
The annotateEdit parameter is used to toggle the ability to edit annotations on or off.
When this parameter is set to true, you can edit editable annotations and add
annotations with the annotations toolbar. When this parameter is set to false,
annotations can only be viewed on-screen and printouts, and the annotations toolbar is removed from
the interface.
The default value is false.
