ViewONE Document builder module
IBM Daeja ViewONE Virtual 5.0.1 and later provides a new edit mode, referred to as document builder, which offers page manipulation capabilities to existing and new documents.
With the document builder mode, you can dynamically work with documents at a page level
throughout the document lifecycle, starting at the capture stage. This includes documents that are
managed in a repository. In this mode, you can do the following actions with PDF or TIFF documents
that are displayed in the viewer:
- Merge pages from multiple documents into a single document.
- Split documents into two or more new documents
- Add pages to a document.
- Rotate pages of the document.
- Reorder pages within a document.
You can save the newly generated documents into the repository in a PDF format. When you cut the page from a document and paste it in a new document, save the newly created document before you save the original document.
