ViewONE Annotations Module

You can use this module to markup documents in IBM Daeja ViewONE Virtual. You can apply highlights, redactions, text notes, and other markup to virtually any of the supported file formats.

The ViewONE Annotations Module stores annotations separately from the source document. This approach reduces storage requirements because the original document is not altered and, therefore, you are not storing multiple versions of the document.

In addition, saving the annotations separately means that only the annotation data and not the document is returned to the server, which reduces network traffic and server load.
