Editing annotations

You might need appropriate permissions to edit annotations.

Procedure

To edit an annotation:

  1. Click the Select icon in the Annotation toolbar and click the annotation.
    The annotation is highlighted and the Edit Annotation toolbar is displayed above the annotation.
  2. Use the icons to edit the annotation properties.
    For example, change the line width or add a hyperlink.
  3. If needed, drag the highlighted rectangles at the edges of the annotation to resize the annotation.
  4. Click Fix Annotation in the Edit Annotation toolbar to save the changes.
  5. Click Save annotation changes on the annotation toolbar to save your annotations.
