Building a job profile for automated utility execution

After a maintenance window has been assigned to the job profile, you must build the job profile to generate the actions that will be run during the maintenance window.

1. On the Db2 Automation Expert main menu, enter 4 in the Option field and press Enter.
2. On the Jobs Profile Display, enter selection criteria in the Profile Like and Creator Like fields, or enter the number of recently accessed profiles that you want to see in the Recent Profiles field, or enter values in both sets of fields. Press Enter.
3. Enter B in the Cmd line next to the job profile that you want to build and press Enter.
4. On the Maintwindow Build for window, complete the fields.
   You can build the job online or generate the job build as a batch build. You can also schedule the job build using the Db2 administrative task scheduler. Both of these are similar to building a JCL job profile online or in batch. For more information, see Building a job online and Building a JCL job in batch.
5. After you complete the fields, press Enter.
