Explanation
An invalid value was entered in the DELIMITED
SEP, DELIMITED DELIM, or NULL
DELIM fields. Delimited values can  be included only when
the FORMAT field is set to D for Delimited.

User response
Either clear the values from the DELIMITED field,
or change the value in the FORMAT field.
