Operations Studio is a framework management interface within IBM® Cyber Fraud that enables administrators to define and manage Agentic-based Standard Operational Procedures (SOPs) for fraud investigation.

Purpose

The studio provides a structured approach to creating AI-assisted workflows that guide fraud analysts through standardized investigation processes, ensuring consistency, compliance, and efficiency in fraud detection and response.

Operations Studio allows procedure authors to complete the following tasks:
