          CICS® VR will be recovered from the STARTTIME yy.ddd hh:mm:ss which
is either the registered time or the override supplied by the user. The registered
time can be displayed with IDCAMS LISTCAT in SMSDATA BWO TIMESTAMP or RLSDATA
RECOVERY TIMESTAMP, depending on the type of backup specified.
