keyword of the RECOVER command is not equivalent to the number of values specified
for the CICSID keyword.  A CICSID value must be associated with each FILEID
value that is specified.

commands are processed, but no recovery occurs.

Batch– Specify the corresponding CICS® applid value in the CICSID keyword
for each ddname specified in the FILEID keyword.  Refer to the RECOVER command
