CICS VR settings

Use the CICS® VR main menu to customize all CICS VR settings, such as Undo logs.

You can customize CICS VR settings by selecting option 8, CICS VR settings, from the CICS VR main menu.

When you select the CICS VR Settings option, the CICS VR settings secondary window is displayed:

Undo logs assignment
Select option 1 to assign undo log associations. For further information on the available settings, see Undo log associations.
Time presentation
Select option 2 to set the time format to be used in the CICS VR ISPF dialog session. For further information on the available settings, see Setting the global time format.
Server default settings
Select option 3 to set the CICS VR server address space defaults. For further information on the settings see, Setting CICS VR server address space defaults.
Server scavenger settings
Select option 4 to set the CICS VR server address space scavenger parameters. For further information on the available settings see,Setting CICS VR server address space scavenger parameters.
Automatic log of log scan schedule
Select option 5 to set the CICS VR log of log scan schedule parameters. For further information on the available settings see,Automatic log of log scan schedule.
