CUAZ interface

After you install the VS Code extension, you can directly access COBOL Upgrade Advisor for z/OS® using the icon in the Activity Bar. The Side Bar in the CUAZ extension provides centralized access to scans, code converter, projects, and reports.

The Side Bar consists of the following sections:

HOME: This section allows you to access the CUAZ welcome page from anywhere in the application. You can directly navigate to all the scans from the welcome page.
PROJECTS: This section lists all the CUAZ projects saved on the system. Projects consist of saved reports, programs, data sets, and user settings.; The CONVERT section is available for the Smart code converter and displays the programs that are selected for conversion to 85 COBOL Standard.
DATASETS: This section lists all the source data sets in a project. You can select programs from the data sets and add them to CONVERT section for source code conversion.
REPORTS: This section displays the application, load library, and invalid data detection reports that are saved within the currently selected project. You can open, rerun or delete the reports using the context menu.
