Wizards do not open

This condition occurs when you attempt to start a task by using a wizard.

Problem

Wizard might not open if the web browser blocks pop-up windows.

Action

Ensure that the pop-up blocker is disabled in the web browser.

To disable the pop-up blocker in Internet Explorer:
  1. Click Tools > Internet Options.
  2. Click the Privacy tab.
  3. Clear the Turn on Pop-up Blocker check box.
  4. Click OK.
To disable the pop-up blocker in Firefox:
  1. Click Tools > Options.
  2. Click the Content tab.
  3. Clear the Block pop-up windows check box.
  4. Click OK.
