Reassign incidents and tasks
You can reassign open incidents and incomplete tasks from active and deactivated users to another active user.
- Navigate to the Administrator Settings.
- In the Users tab, click the user's user name then scroll to the bottom of the page to see the details.
- In the User Details section, click Reassign
- Choose to reassign all of the user's incidents, tasks, or both by selecting a specific user or group to become the new owner. If the drop-down list is long, click the […] button to filter the user list.
- Click Reassign to implement your change.
