Case management team

There are a number of different roles you can have as a member of the case management team. For example, an observer role might allow you to view case data but not change it, while a case or incident creator role can enter and manage cases. In addition, you might be able to access all cases or just specific ones. Your system administrator defines your role, as well as provide your authentication credentials.

The following sections describe some of the actions a team member can perform.
