Working on cases in a Standard account

When you are in a Standard account, you can view and work on cases for one customer only. From the Standard account, you can create cases, perform bulk actions, use the Analytics Dashboard and Wiki for that customer.

The account that you are currently in is shown beside your user name.


To go to a Standard account, or from one Standard account to another, click the drop down twistie beside your user name, scroll down, and select the Standard account to which you want to navigate.
