Reassigning cases to another workspace

If you have the required permissions, you can reassign cases to a different workspace.

Complete the following steps to reassign cases to another workspace:
  1. Go to the Cases page.
  2. Optionally, use the filters, including the workspace filter, to view all of the cases that you want to reassign.
  3. Multi-select all of the cases.
    Tip: You can reassign cases, both open and closed, from more than one workspace to a target workspace.
  4. Click Manage > Move.
  5. From the Move to workspace dialog, select a target workspace for the cases.
  6. Click Move.

    A message displays if you do not have the required permissions to reassign any of the selected cases.

This process might take some time if you reassign a large number of cases.
