List of cases

The Cases page displays the cases that you have permission to view. This page provides an overview of the cases, but you can determine which information is shown by selecting the columns.

Go to the list of cases page by selecting My applications > Case Management > Cases. The list of cases is displayed.

To control the information that is displayed on the case list, click the Customize columns button on the right, and then check the columns you want to view and uncheck those you want to hide. You can also drag the columns left or right to reorganize the information. If you are a member of multiple workspaces, you can select Workspace as a column then sort the cases by workspace.

You can change the layout from a table view to a kanban card view by clicking the Switch view icon beside the settings icon. Click the settings icon to change the columns shown on the card. You can also expand or collapse any lane and scroll down or across to see more cases. Expand or collapse the Extra information section on a case to view more details. From the actions menu, you can take actions on a case. The Filters menu provides the ability to filter.
Note: Changes that you make to columns or filters apply to both the table and kanban card view.

The following demo shows an example of the list of cases page. It shows how to change the layout from a table view to the kanban card view. You can expand or collapse any particular lane. In this example, the cases or organized by phase, and you can scroll across or down to view more cases. For any particular case you can expand or collapse the Extra information section. From the actions menu, you can take some actions on the case. The settings menu provides the ability to customize the columns, and you can use the Filters menu to add filters to control the cases shown by filter.
