Actions

Your administrator and the playbook define the actions that you can perform on any case or task.

You can select an action to take as follows:

  • For multiple cases, go to the Cases page and click the check boxes for those cases and click the Actions, Export, Assign to, or Manage button and choose the action to take.
  • For an individual case, click the Actions button on the case page.
  • For a task, click the [] button in a task page.

To view the status of actions from within the case page, click the Actions button and select Action Status from the drop-down menu.
