Accessing Case Management

IBM Security Case Management is freely available and all users have access to Case Management by default. If you need administrator access to Case Management, the platform administrator provides this.

In this scenario, there is no entitlement for IBM Security Orchestration & Automation.

Click Case Management from the platform home page, or from the main menu, select Case Management from My applications.
