The Timeframes tab defines various terms as a specific length of time. These terms can then be used when assigning due dates to tasks in various cases and incidents. Users can adjust the dates on a per-task basis.

You can edit the timeframes, however, it advisable to do so only after consulting with internal or external legal counsel to establish appropriate timeframes.

When you edit timeframes, it only impacts cases created going forward. If you would like to change timeframes in existing open case, you must edit a privacy field within the Breach tab of each specific incident to apply the new timeframe to that incident.
