Read and write operations during evacuation

While data is being evacuated, data can still be read from and written to the destination Slicestor® device.

During reads, the destination Slicestor® device takes the read request and passes it to the source Slicestor® device to return the file.

During writes, the destination Slicestor® device accepts the request and the data is written to it.
