Errors during list or copy operations

If errors occur during list, read, or write operations, the entire namespace that is being worked on is reinserted into the namespace tracker. It does not affect any other namespace and data evacuation proceeds onto other namespaces. The erroneous namespace is tried again at a later point in time.
