Deploying vaults

After a vault is created, it must be deployed to an Accesser pool to be visible by the user.

Procedure

  1. Select the wanted Accesser pool for this Vault and click Update.
  2. Select the wanted configuration and click Update to modify a deployment (or to remove multiple deployments).
  3. Select Plus to show Accesser devices.
    Attention: The Accesser registry update (and Vault availability) might take up to 30 seconds. After a vault is created, it must be deployed to an Accesser device to be usable through API methods. Deployment is not needed for embedded clients that use the SDK. Refer to Configuring appliances for this installation.
    Attention: Any time a device is added or a vault, site, cabinet, or an administration configuration is changed, the Manager device must be backed up by navigating to Settings > Operations > Backup Manually . Permanent data loss can occur if the Manager database becomes corrupted. Periodic backups must also be performed to preserve historical statistics and log information.
