Reporting

Configure the automatic report feature. The SMTP may be configured by navigating to Settings > Monitoring > SMTP.

The Drive Summary report can be used to view disk parameters (model, serial number, software version) for each disk in the system. [All parameters are not available for virtual devices.] On the Settings tab, navigate to Reports > Drive Summary. Click a configuration to generate its report, or click the export icon to download the default report as a Comma Separated Values file (.csv).

The Storage Pool Capacity and Drives report can be used to view storage pool capacity. On the Settings tab, navigate to Reports > Storage Pool Capacity And Drives. Click a configuration to generate its report, or click the export icon to download the default report as a Comma Separated Values file (.csv).

The System Usage And Configuration Summary report can be used to generate a summary of organizations, storage usage, sites, storage pools information for this system. On the Settings tab, navigate to Reports > System Usage And Configuration Summary. Click a configuration to generate its report, or click the export icon to download the default report as a Comma Separated Values file (.csv).

Generate a report that shows vault usage over time. On the Settings tab, navigate to Reports > Vault Usage. Click a configuration to generate its report, or click the export icon to download the default report as a Comma Separated Values file (.csv).

Generate a report of all Vault configurations in the system. On the Settings tab, navigate to Reports > Vault Summary. Click a configuration to generate its report, or click the export icon to download the default report as a Comma Separated Values file (.csv).

Generate a report of all Device configurations in the system. On the Settings tab, navigate to Reports > Device Summary. Click a configuration to generate its report, or click the export icon to download the default report as a Comma Separated Values file (.csv).

Generate a report that shows the annual replacement rates for each storage pool set. Go to the Settings tab and navigate to Reports. Next to Drive Annual Replacement Rate Report, click the export icon to download the default report as a Comma Separated Values file (.csv).

Generate a report of failed Field Replaceable Units (FRUs). On the Settings tab, navigate to Reports > Failed FRUs. Click a configuration to generate its report, or click the export icon to download the default report as a Comma Separated Values file (.csv).

Generate a report that checks the software signature verification status of each device. On the Settings tab, navigate to Reports. Next to Software Signature Verification Report, click the export icon to download the default report as a Comma Separated Values file (.csv).

Generate a report of the Events. On the Settings tab, navigate to Reports > Events. Click a configuration to generate its report, or click the export icon to download the default report as a Comma Separated Values file (.csv).

Generate a report of device Firmware. On the Settings tab, navigate to Reports > Firmware. Click a configuration to generate its report, or click the export icon to download the default report as a Comma Separated Values file (.csv).

If Cloud Mode is enabled, generate a report of redaction status. Click a configuration to generate its report, or click the export icon to download the default report as a Comma Separated Values file (.csv).
