New capabilities

This feature allows Cloud Object Storage bucket owners to set up replications from their bucket to another bucket. Users can specify a set of replication rules to determine how the objects should be replicated.

At the system level, an admin user can enable/disable replication at the Storage Pool and Container Vault level. This controls whether bucket-level users are allowed to configure replication policies and whether background replication services are running on the system. More configurations are provided to allow the Cloud Object Storage system to run sync operations across a wide range of network/security setups.
